What you'll be doing

• You will create and sharpen strategic programs designed to boost account acquisition and drive consistent growth within our existing hospital partnerships.
• You will collaborate closely with our sales leadership to execute regional initiatives, including managing key opinion leader relationships, organizing grand rounds, and coordinating residency training programs.
• You will take charge of lead generation and cultivation efforts for major national trade shows, ensuring that we maximize the quality and quantity of our outreach.

What you'll bring

• You have at least 10 years of professional experience in market development roles.
• You have a proven track record of managing small teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• You are highly proficient with analytical tools like Excel and Alteryx, as well as marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Groove, Adobe, and Google Analytics.
• You possess a bachelor’s degree, though an MBA or MS is preferred.
• You are a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives when managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• You are fluent in English.

What you'll get

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $220,000 USD. In addition to your base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
