What you bring
As our Director of Market Development, you will serve in an executive, full-time capacity based in the United States. You will lead the charge in expanding the accessible market for our uRDN therapy by mapping patient pathways and identifying key adoption barriers. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between clinical needs and commercial success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing comprehensive market development plans to drive adoption among both referring and interventional physicians.
- Leading cross-functional teams to optimize the patient referral funnel and streamline the overall treatment journey.
- Building and mentoring a world-class team while partnering closely with our field Therapy Development and Marketing departments to ensure our commercial goals are met.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA or advanced degree being highly preferred. We require over 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically within marketing or market development, and a proven history of driving the adoption of emerging therapies. You must be a fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to travel up to 40% of the time. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated leader who excels at problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and managing complex programs.
