About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Leadership Development to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position dedicated to designing and scaling programs that elevate our field leaders. You will play a vital role in unlocking the potential of our hospital leaders, ensuring they have the skills and mindset to inspire their teams and deliver world-class care. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term vision for leadership upskilling that supports scalability and future readiness across all hospital locations.
- Design comprehensive, role-specific learning journeys that prepare our leaders for current challenges and future growth.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team while collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure our training programs align with business goals and operational needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or Learning Strategy.
- A minimum of 3 years of senior-level experience managing teams and owning the delivery of scalable leadership programs.
- Strong data fluency, including the ability to use metrics to tie leadership growth to business performance.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a proven history of partnering with executive and operations leaders.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus.
Location
This position is an on-site role based in the United States, specifically requiring you to work from our White Plains, NY office four days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
