We rely on research-backed surveys and data-driven tools to help educators track progress and improve outcomes. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dedicated IT Director to lead our internal technology strategy and ensure our team has the support they need to succeed. You can work fully remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.
What you'll be doing
- You will define and execute our IT vision, ensuring that our technology strategy aligns with our broader business goals and operational priorities.
- You will manage our IT budget and vendor relationships, focusing on cost optimization and maximizing the value of our SaaS, hardware, and service contracts.
- You will lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, overseeing everything from asset management and cloud platform administration to technical support for our MacOS and Linux environments.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in IT services and developing technology-driven business processes, including at least 5 years of people management experience.
- You possess strong technical proficiency with GSuite, MacOS, and Linux.
- You have a proven track record of supporting global, remote teams and leading complex IT projects involving change management.
- You are fluent in English and have the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
- You are a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at improving workflows and operational processes.
What you'll get
The starting base salary for this position is $166,000.
