About the Role
We are seeking a Director of IT to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this hands-on leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of User Services across our various locations. You will be responsible for defining our IT strategy, managing our help desk operations, and ensuring our security and compliance standards are met as we continue to scale our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor our multi-site User Services team while establishing scalable processes, hardware standards, and support models that align with our company growth.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises systems, while implementing automation tools to improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies and compliance controls, ensuring we meet internal and external requirements such as SOX, ISO, and NIST standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or Computer Science.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record of managing service delivery and multi-site help desk teams.
- Strong technical proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, VMWare, MDM, and RMM tools.
- Experience with ITSM practices, with ITIL certification being a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- A deep understanding of security compliance, single sign-on architectures, and multi-factor authentication.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting base salary for this full-time role is between $208,000 and $225,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k employer contributions and healthcare coverage. Depending on eligibility, you may also participate in our bonus and equity programs.
