Director, IT Infrastructure at Evergreen Nephrology

The opportunity

We are looking for a Director of IT Infrastructure to lead our technology operations as we scale. In this role, you will oversee the core platforms that keep our organization running, including our network, telephony, end-user computing, and cloud services. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, ensuring that our technology stack is perfectly aligned with our growth initiatives. This position is perfect for a leader who enjoys both high-level strategy and rolling up their sleeves to support our teammates and clinical partners in the field.

A day in the life

• You will define the structure and headcount for your team, ensuring we have the right talent to manage help desk operations, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
• You will operationalize our IT service management policies and procedures while constantly seeking out new ways to improve cost efficiencies.
• You will partner with our InfoSec and clinical operations teams to implement security controls, manage identity provisioning, and ensure our field teams have the mobile connectivity they need to succeed.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with a passion for healthcare technology and a knack for navigating fast-paced, startup-style environments. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you are comfortable managing budgets and vendor relationships. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following to the table:

• At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including 5 years of experience within a healthcare organization.
• A strong background in IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and at least 3 years of experience managing Tier-1 help desk functions.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud services, including Office 365 and Azure.
• Proven experience managing executive-level relationships and cross-functional projects.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work remotely with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
