What is this role?

We are looking for a Director, IT Enterprise Business Systems Owner to join our IT department. This is a senior-level, full-time position that reports to the VP of IT Enterprise Systems and Application Development. This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work from our NYC or DC office at least 2 days per week.

What will you do?

• Act as the primary technical system owner and IT business liaison, translating user needs into effective roadmaps and executing strategies that drive positive outcomes for our stakeholders.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of our enterprise business systems, including configuration, deployment, user training, and ongoing operational support to ensure high usability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Architecture, Information Security, and Engineering, to integrate systems, automate manual processes, and maintain compliance with organizational standards.

• Proven experience administering enterprise business applications and managing systems design from requirements analysis to daily operations.
• Strong background in custom software development, product design, and working within hybrid SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with analytics and data analysis applications, as well as project management tools like Google Workspace and Jira.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users.
