Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of IT & Business Systems to join our leadership team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position for an experienced professional ready to own our IT strategy and governance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your impact

• Design and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports our hardware, software, and network infrastructure needs.
• Build and oversee a robust enterprise information security and risk management program, ensuring we stay ahead of potential threats.
• Provide expert leadership for our core enterprise applications, including NetSuite and Salesforce, while managing the full software development lifecycle and maintaining strict SOX compliance and ITGC standards.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a dynamic biotech setting. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience within high-growth organizations.
• Strong technical proficiency, with a preference for hands-on experience using SQL, JavaScript, or Python.
• Professional certifications such as NetSuite Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator are highly valued.
• Fluency in English to effectively collaborate across our various departments.

Perks and compensation
