- You will partner with executive leadership to translate high-level business goals into actionable technology roadmaps, serving as a trusted advisor on how to enhance our internal processes.
- You will oversee the lifecycle of our critical systems, including NetSuite and various data analytics platforms, while championing innovation and maintaining a competitive advantage.
- You will lead change management initiatives, ensuring that our teams are fully supported and trained during system implementations and upgrades to drive high user adoption.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with over eight years of experience in applications management and business partnering. You understand the unique challenges of the biotech or pharmaceutical industry and have a proven track record of implementing enterprise systems in regulated environments. You possess the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and you are comfortable working in a hybrid capacity. You are fluent in English and ready to foster a culture of innovation within a high-performing team.
