Telix Pharmaceuticals is a fast-growing leader in the radiopharmaceutical space, with a global presence spanning Australia, Belgium, Japan, Switzerland, and the United States. We are dedicated to advancing precision medicine through targeted radiation to improve the lives of patients facing cancer and rare diseases, and we are looking for a strategic leader to guide the international brand efforts for our Pre-commercial Diagnostics portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive pre-commercial marketing strategies for our diagnostic portfolio.
- Perform deep market analysis to uncover actionable insights and guide our long-term strategic direction.
- Partner with internal teams across R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial departments to ensure organizational alignment.
- Establish brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions while maintaining consistent brand guidelines.
- Oversee the development of all promotional assets, including digital content and educational resources.
- Manage global go-to-market plans and coordinate launch activities like market development and early access programs.
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Represent our brand at major industry events and conferences.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team while managing budgets to maximize impact.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or diagnostics sectors.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in pre-commercial marketing and product launches.
- A strong grasp of global healthcare markets and complex regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
- Fluency in English.
