What you bring
We are looking for a senior marketing leader to join us full time in a remote capacity. In this role you will guide integrated campaigns, local venue activations, new-site launches, and public relations efforts that drive awareness, foot traffic, and cultural relevance for our growing collection of experiential destinations. You will develop repeatable playbooks that keep every location on-brand while giving each market room to shine, and you will oversee the seasonal calendar that connects storytelling across social, lifecycle, and on-site channels. Three core responsibilities include building and executing the annual campaign strategy, leading marketing and PR for every new venue opening, and partnering with culinary and beverage teams to amplify restaurant and craft-partner moments. The position is based anywhere.
Requirements
You bring at least eight years of marketing experience with proven strength in brand marketing, field and local marketing, partnerships, and public relations. You have successfully built programs for physical locations across multiple markets, managed launch campaigns or opening initiatives, and kept cross-functional teams aligned through strong project-management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities let you collaborate with venue leaders, executives, agencies, and media, while a creative instinct helps you spot ideas that generate local buzz. You are comfortable using data to measure results and refine future efforts, and you thrive in fast-moving environments where ambiguity is the norm. Experience in multi-unit hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, retail, or consumer experiential brands is strongly preferred, along with fluency in English. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a team-first mindset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
