We are looking for a Director of Information Technology to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading technology and software infrastructure provider for the cannabis industry, we have spent over a decade powering a transparent and inclusive global economy. In this role, you will be responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of our internal systems and infrastructure as we continue to grow our international presence. You will be based on-site in either Irvine, California, or Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and objectives for our core operational capabilities to ensure we meet our key performance goals.
- Lead the transformation of our IT processes and operating model to support our status as a premier technology organization.
- Manage and develop a team of IT professionals, including individual contributors and managers, by setting clear goals and fostering a culture of success.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, combined with at least 10 years of experience managing IT services and projects within a software environment.
- At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise IT teams through complex implementations and problem-solving.
- Proven success in high-growth environments, including experience building systems for companies with over 1,000 employees.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, G Suite, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.
- Expertise in cyber security, risk management, and maintaining compliance with evolving industry regulations.
What we offer
