What you bring

We are seeking a Senior-level Director, Information Technology Business Partner to join us on a full-time basis at our location in Novi, MI. This role is essential for driving our digital transformation and ensuring our technology stack supports our ambitious growth. You will serve as a key bridge between our technical teams and business units, focusing on strategic planning and enterprise solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Setting the strategic vision for enterprise applications and aligning IT initiatives with our core business goals across departments like Finance, HRIS, and R&D.
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Managing the full lifecycle of enterprise initiatives, including API management, vendor negotiations, and the implementation of scalable technology solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments. You must possess at least 12 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with a deep understanding of IT governance, risk management, and budgeting. We require fluency in English and expect you to demonstrate exceptional communication skills that allow you to influence stakeholders at all levels. You should be comfortable navigating complex enterprise architectures and have a proven track record of executing digital transformation projects. A background in the automotive or manufacturing sectors is highly valued, as is a collaborative approach to solving complex problems.

What we offer
