The role
We are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in France. This is a Director-level leadership position where you will drive our company strategy across the EMEA region. You will report directly to the Global Head of HR Business Partners and serve as a vital partner to our Operations team, working closely with leadership to align our people strategy with our broader business goals.

- Translate high-level business strategies into actionable HR solutions that support our rapid organizational growth.
- Provide expert guidance to senior management and employees on the full employee life cycle, including performance management and organizational design.
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace where every team member feels empowered to reach their full potential while contributing to our mission.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in HR leadership and a deep understanding of the business landscape. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:
- 10 to 15 years of progressively complex HR leadership experience, ideally within a fast-paced organization in EMEA.
- Proven expertise in supporting Operations teams, including both corporate and front-line employees, as well as managing large contingent workforces.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR practices across EMEA, with fluency in both English and French being highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in performance management, organizational design, and employee relations.
