About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Growth Product to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will lead our growth product and marketing strategy to enhance activation and adoption across our platform. You will be instrumental in scaling our B2C2B business model, helping us set a new industry standard for how high-performing teams interact with AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute strategic opportunities to optimize the customer journey, including website performance, user onboarding, team conversion, and monetization.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration by managing a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and marketers.
- Collaborate closely with sales, demand generation, and customer success departments to build programs that increase product-qualified leads and drive long-term retention.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in scaling products and leading high-performing teams. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of total experience in growth, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Growth Product roles within a B2B PLG SaaS startup.
- Proven expertise in navigating hybrid business models where individual users evolve into enterprise accounts.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to translate user insights into elegant, high-impact product experiences.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including at least 2 years of recruiting, mentoring, and managing growth-focused teams.
- A deep commitment to our core values, including empathy, ownership, and a growth mindset.
Location
This is a remote position, and we are open to candidates located in the US, Canada, or Latin America.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $210,000 to $285,000. Please note that this range reflects base salary and does not include the total compensation package, which also features company stock options.
