What you bring
We are hiring a Director of Growth Marketing on a full-time, remote basis. In this executive role you will own integrated growth and account-based programs that build, accelerate, and convert pipeline for our B2B offerings. You will work side-by-side with sales leadership to align priorities, track performance against ambitious KPIs, and champion data-driven decision making across the entire go-to-market organization. Three core responsibilities define the position: developing and executing high-impact ABM and demand-generation campaigns, optimizing funnel performance through continuous testing and analysis, and translating marketing analytics into clear recommendations that improve pipeline velocity and revenue outcomes. The role is open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
You bring at least ten years of B2B marketing experience, including a track record of building and leading high-performing teams through rapid growth phases. You have deep expertise in growth marketing and account-based strategies that leverage email, webinars, digital and inbound channels, social media, and in-person events. Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with marketing-automation and CRM platforms such as Tableau, Marketo, and Salesforce allow you to measure performance at a granular level and optimize every stage of the funnel. Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills help you earn trust with sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders, while a genuine passion for transforming mental-health care guides the work you do every day. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with fluency in English, rounds out the profile of the colleague we seek.
