The opportunity
We are looking for an innovative, data-driven Director of Growth to join our marketing leadership team. This is a pivotal executive role where you will take our demand generation and growth strategies to the next level. You will leverage a strong foundation in Product-Led Growth to optimize our funnel and drive meaningful revenue, all while leading a talented team of approximately 15 people. A day in the life
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that efficiently guides users from initial awareness through to conversion and long-term retention.
- You will own our performance marketing efforts across all channels, ensuring every campaign is optimized for maximum return on investment and alignment with our revenue targets.
- You will spearhead conversion rate optimization initiatives by utilizing data-driven insights and rigorous A/B testing to ensure prospects move smoothly and quickly through the customer journey.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with a deep passion for growth and a proven track record in the SaaS industry. You possess the following skills and experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in growth or marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS space.
- A strong background in performance marketing, with a clear ability to optimize paid media campaigns for revenue impact.
- Expertise in Product-Led Growth strategies that foster user adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and various analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team while remaining involved in daily operations.
- Fluency in English.
