Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director, Global Technology Recruiting and Early Talent to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level leadership role based in Canada. You will operate in a hybrid capacity, working from the office at least three days per week to foster the collaboration that defines our culture.
Your impact
- Design and execute a comprehensive, global talent acquisition strategy that evolves alongside our business priorities and location goals.
- Partner with our leadership and people teams to translate organizational plans into proactive recruitment strategies that secure the talent we need for the future.
- Define key performance metrics and leverage data to assess the effectiveness of our recruiting programs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement across the board.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong command of English and a proven track record of leadership in high-growth environments. We are looking for someone who brings:
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, specifically leading teams within complex, global organizations.
- A deep understanding of how to align human resources strategy with broader business objectives.
- The ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while driving large-scale, innovative talent initiatives.
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience building cultures where people feel they truly belong.
- Strong skills in recruitment strategy, data analysis, and leadership.
Perks and compensation
