About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Global Process Automation to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will lead our technology initiatives and operational strategy by identifying and implementing emerging technologies to streamline our software portfolio. You will be responsible for reducing redundant systems and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This position requires a professional who can thrive in a remote environment while maintaining a strong presence in our Los Angeles or San Jose offices, with travel expected up to 25 percent of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives that align with our core business objectives and goals.
- Design and deploy custom automation tools, scripts, and workflows to optimize operations across sales, customer success, and G&A departments.
- Implement AI solutions and data analytics tools to enhance operational efficiency, improve data quality, and support proactive decision-making.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership, specifically focused on process innovation, operational efficiency, and emerging technologies.
- Prior experience working within the B2B SaaS industry, ideally as a consultant or a full-time employee.
- Strong project management capabilities and a proven track record of driving business value through technology.
- Experience with IT demand management, cost controls, and preparing organizations for SOX readiness or IT General Control management is highly preferred.
- A background from a Big 4 audit firm or a Big 3 management consulting firm is considered a significant asset.
Location
This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid model, requiring attendance at our Los Angeles or San Jose offices.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, including:
