About the Role
We are hiring a Director, Global Marketing Operations to join our team on a Full Time basis. In this role you will design and run the systems that keep our global marketing engine efficient and scalable, overseeing campaign operations, funnel management, data quality, web projects, and the marketing technology stack that supports everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve funnel processes and standards, including lead and account routing rules, scoring models, and training programs that help teams work faster and more effectively.
- Define and manage our website performance strategy, lead critical web builds and online experiences, and partner with Product Marketing, IT, and other teams to deliver projects on time and on target.
- Direct technology decisions across the martech stack, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to integration, user adoption, and ongoing training, while building dashboards that give leaders clear visibility into web and funnel performance.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who bring at least eight years of B2B marketing operations leadership experience within high-growth SaaS companies. You should have hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and WordPress, along with a proven track record of moving organizations from lead-based to account-based approaches and streamlining campaign operations. Strong project-management skills, the ability to collaborate across borders and functions, and clear written and verbal communication are essential. A Director-level background and comfort working in fast-paced, global environments complete the profile.
