Coalition is the world's first Active Insurance provider, and we are dedicated to preventing digital risk before it impacts our clients. Since our founding in 2017, we have combined comprehensive insurance coverage with continuous security monitoring to protect organizations in our hyper-connected world. We are currently seeking a Director, Global Compensation to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this executive-level role, you will build and lead our global compensation function, taking full ownership of our strategy and programs across all tech and non-tech departments while partnering closely with our Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures fair, competitive practices.
- Oversee all components of our compensation programs, including salary structures, equity awards, and executive-level incentives.
- Lead robust market analysis to support compensation design, pay equity initiatives, and ongoing promotion or equity refresh cycles.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned leader who brings a player-coach mindset to the table. You should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of professional experience in compensation, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven success in designing and implementing compensation strategies within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Expertise in global compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and collaborating across various business functions.
- Critical proficiency in Workday compensation functionality.
