What you bring
As our Director, Global Benefits, you will step into a senior, full-time leadership role where you will design and manage our international benefits strategy. Working remotely from anywhere, you will partner with our VP of Total Rewards to ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and supportive of our diverse workforce. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive global benefits strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports employees across all regions.
- Managing relationships with global vendors, brokers, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Leading the implementation of benefits-related technology and system integrations to streamline our processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in benefits administration, including significant expertise in U.S. self-funded programs and international benefits. You should have at least 5 years of experience in people leadership and a proven track record of managing complex integrations within fast-paced, growing organizations. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of global compliance and healthcare regulations, along with strong analytical skills to optimize program effectiveness. You must be a clear communicator who excels at stakeholder management and project leadership, and you should be comfortable leveraging HRIS systems to drive process improvements. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
What we offer
We provide competitive, zone-based compensation that reflects your location and experience. Depending on your specific U.S. pay zone, the salary ranges are as follows: US Zone 2 is $177,000 to $221,000, US Zone 3 is $162,000 to $203,000, and US Zone 4 is $151,000 to $189,000.
