We are looking for a strategic and experienced Field Marketing Director to join our team in a hybrid capacity across the United States. What you'll be doing
- You will partner with our Product and Solutions Marketing teams to develop cohesive marketing plans that align with our commercial strategy, sales priorities, and product roadmaps.
- You will lead our global event strategy, overseeing everything from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale industry conferences, while managing all logistics, vendor relations, and creative execution.
- You will collaborate with our Demand Generation and Marketing Operations teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns, using performance analytics to track ROI and ensure we consistently meet our engagement and lead generation targets.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Extensive background in field marketing and event management, ideally within the B2B, financial services, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage both virtual and in-person event environments, including deep experience with event technology stacks and production teams.
- Strong proficiency with Pardot and Salesforce to manage campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the executive presence required to collaborate effectively with C-suite leadership.
- A creative mindset for storytelling and brand elevation, combined with the operational discipline to handle complex logistics and cross-functional workstreams.
- Fluency in English.
