The role
We are seeking a Director of FI, Bank and Acquirer Partnerships to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position designed for a strategic business leader who will own a defined portfolio of high-value relationships. You will operate in a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility while maintaining the strong interpersonal connections necessary to drive our business forward. Whether you are based near one of our global offices or working remotely, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth.
Core responsibilities
- Drive Partner Growth: Take full ownership of annual revenue and activation targets for your assigned portfolio, identifying new opportunities to expand our technology adoption and increase transaction volumes.
- Lead Onboarding and Enablement: Act as the primary coordinator for new partners, mobilizing our internal product and operations teams to ensure every launch is executed with excellence and meets all performance milestones.
- Manage Strategic Relationships: Serve as the senior point of contact for executive leadership at our partner organizations, facilitating business reviews and strategic planning to ensure our long-term goals remain perfectly aligned.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in the payments or fintech industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic alliances, or partner management within the SaaS or fintech sectors.
- A proven track record of managing large-scale relationships and delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Deep commercial acumen, including expertise in revenue analysis, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication skills and the executive presence required to influence stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Strong program management capabilities, with a proactive approach to organizing cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel as needed to support partner engagements and industry events.
