The role
We are seeking a Director of Engineering to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone with extensive experience in technical management. - Spearhead major 2025 strategic initiatives, such as our on-prem offering, workflow builder overhaul, and infrastructure improvements, while partnering with the revenue team to align our roadmap with business goals.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing scalable processes that increase our shipping speed, reduce bugs, and decrease the time required to build new connectors.
Skills and experience
We are looking for a leader who has successfully navigated the growth stages of a startup. Your background should include the following:
- More than 10 years of professional engineering experience, with deep expertise in building web applications using Node, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- A proven track record as a technical and people leader, ideally within an early-stage startup environment ranging from Series A to Series B and beyond.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets, lead cross-functional planning, and coach teams to reach their full potential.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the confidence to voice strategic opinions while executing on complex technical initiatives.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to supporting our team members no matter where they are located. This position offers the following benefit:
- Fully remote work environment.
