Role at a glance
We are looking for a Director of Engineering to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a director-level position where you will report to the SVP of Engineering and serve as a vital member of our leadership team. You will be responsible for the product engineering behind Splice Sounds, helping us scale our tools to reach creators everywhere.

- Lead, coach, and grow multiple engineering teams while fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
- Partner with product leadership to define clear objectives and implement efficient processes that drive our technical strategy forward.
- Mentor early-career managers and engineers, providing the guidance necessary to support their professional growth and technical excellence.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in technical leadership and a passion for building high-quality SaaS applications. We are looking for someone who excels at strategy planning and has a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams in a distributed environment. You should be fluent in English and have deep experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban or Lean. Most importantly, you should be a natural mentor who is committed to fostering innovation and continuous improvement across our engineering organization.
Perks and compensation
