What you bring
We are seeking a Director of Engineering Operations to serve as a key leader within our engineering department. You will be responsible for the operational backbone that allows our engineers to innovate at scale. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Melbourne or Sydney offices. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Driving operational excellence by managing department workflows, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Leading high-impact special projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Overseeing compliance and risk management, including SOC2 initiatives and R&D tax incentive programs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in engineering operations or a related field. You should possess a strong background in project management, financial oversight, and risk mitigation. We value candidates who have experience navigating global expansion and maintaining security compliance. You must be proficient in English and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship.
