What you'll be doing

• Lead the engineering development and commercialization of new energy systems, focusing on hydrogen technologies, fuel cells, linear generators, and thermal generation.
• Define technical strategy and system architecture, guiding projects from initial concept through demonstration and full-scale commercial deployment.
• Oversee stage-gate processes to advance technologies from early development phases through to production, ensuring all systems integrate seamlessly with renewable generation and grid management infrastructure.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in engineering and a passion for sustainable energy. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 15 years of professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience managing project engineering or leading cross-functional teams within facilities that handle hazardous materials.
• At least 5 years of experience working in teams that develop complex, innovative energy solutions.
• Fluency in English.
• A willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 33 percent of the time.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
