Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of Engineering for Developer Tooling to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a senior leadership role where you will guide our efforts to empower engineers by building high-efficiency systems that boost productivity across our entire organization.

To be successful in this role, you should be a seasoned leader with a deep technical background and a passion for developer productivity. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Expert-level knowledge of developer tooling and the ability to act as a strategic advisor on industry trends.
- Proven experience managing teams that work with cloud infrastructure at scale.
- A strong commitment to promoting engineering excellence, including test automation, observability, and performance metrics.
- The ability to plan for complex needs, such as incident response, security, and compliance audits.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry is considered a significant plus.
