The opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Ecosystem & Technology Partnerships to help us scale and strengthen our enterprise software ecosystem. In this executive role, you will act as the architect of our partnership strategy, identifying and cultivating relationships with startups, industry leaders, and technology partners. You will bridge the gap between strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of AI, Cloud, DevOps, and ITOps. This is a high-impact position where your work will directly influence our product adoption, market reach, and the overall value we deliver to our enterprise customers.

A day in the life

  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem strategy that aligns with our corporate goals, ensuring our platform integrates seamlessly across critical areas like SecOps and BizOps.
  • You will serve as the primary liaison between our internal product, engineering, and marketing teams and our external partners, driving joint go-to-market initiatives and technical integrations.
  • You will identify and capitalize on new market opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key ecosystem players, ultimately tracking KPIs to demonstrate the success of these strategic initiatives.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in enterprise software partnerships, ecosystem management, and business development. You possess a deep understanding of the software development landscape and have a proven track record of scaling partner programs within DevOps or IT operational environments. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, possess strong technical acumen, and have the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. You are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings an established network within the enterprise software ecosystem.

We offer a competitive base salary range of 147,000 USD to 246,000 USD, with additional eligibility for bonuses, equity, and commission depending on the role.
