We are looking for a visionary leader to join our team and help shape the future of our digital commerce presence.

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of eCommerce Strategy to join our Fanatical team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this executive-level position, you will report to the VP of Lifecycle Marketing and take charge of developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive online sales and elevate our digital customer experience. You will oversee a team of marketing managers, ensuring that our product categories are aligned with broader business goals while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice across all our digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive e-commerce and brand marketing strategies that align with specific product categories and our overall business objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing managers, guiding them in the creation of category-specific strategies, brand positioning, and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with various channel owners to activate our e-commerce and brand initiatives across all marketing platforms.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in brand marketing and e-commerce strategy, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to using data to drive effective decision-making.
  • A deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and online merchandising.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for the gaming world.

Location

This role is available to candidates located anywhere, with a hybrid work model in place to support our team.
