What is this role?
We are seeking a Director Dunning & Collections to join us on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position based in Germany, offering a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will take global ownership of our dunning and debt collection strategies, ensuring our processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our broader business goals.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a global strategy for receivables management that balances effective cash recovery with a positive, customer-centric experience.
- Collaborate across our multi-brand matrix organization with teams in Finance, IT, Product, and Legal to optimize the entire order-to-cash lifecycle.
- Utilize advanced data analytics, automation, and AI to monitor performance metrics, mitigate payment risks, and drive continuous improvement across all our international markets.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring over a decade of leadership experience in collections, credit risk, or receivables strategy, ideally within a subscription or technology-focused business. You are comfortable navigating complex, multi-brand environments and have a proven ability to influence change across decentralized teams. We value your expertise in data-driven decision-making and your ability to implement automated, scalable processes. You must be highly proficient in English, as you will be managing stakeholders across various regions, and you should possess a deep understanding of international regulations regarding debt collection.
