We are 174 Power Global, a member of the FORTUNE Global 500 Hanwha Group. Based in Irvine, California, we leverage a decade of international leadership to design, build, and manage renewable energy solutions across North America. We are looking for a Director, Digital Solutions to join our team in a remote capacity and lead the implementation of a new project management platform while managing strategic technical partnerships with our affiliates.
Responsibilities
- Direct the full lifecycle of our new project management platform implementation to ensure it meets organizational goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design efficient workflows, and configure the system for various stakeholders.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships by providing consistent updates and resolving implementation challenges.
- Oversee the integration of the platform with our existing software stack to ensure secure and seamless data interoperability.
- Create and deliver training programs to ensure team proficiency and high adoption rates.
- Track platform performance and usage, making adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Translate high-level business objectives into clear technical plans and requirements.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level project management platform implementations.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies and software architecture, specifically regarding cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring project management tools and familiarity with API development.
- Proficiency in using agile tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and Korean to support communication with our global stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving organizational needs.

- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience with specific project management platforms.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and relevant industry compliance standards.
- Understanding of how machine learning and AI can be applied to project management.
