We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing who will own the vision for our website and lead the strategies that turn visitors into loyal customers.

What you bring

We are seeking an experienced leader to join us on a full-time, remote basis. In this executive role you will guide our digital marketing efforts across the Cloudways business unit, using your expertise in SaaS, cloud technology, and product-led growth to drive customer acquisition and revenue. You will lead a team focused on conversion rate optimization, email marketing, and customer lifecycle initiatives while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering. Three key responsibilities include owning the Cloudways website as the single-threaded driver of user acquisition and revenue growth, developing data-driven strategies that span the full customer journey from acquisition to advocacy, and championing experimentation through analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools. This position is based anywhere, with occasional international travel required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings more than fifteen years of global marketing experience managing digital functions, preferably within SaaS, cloud technology, or web hosting environments, along with a deep understanding of product-led growth models. You will have extensive experience evaluating, implementing, and managing web CMS, Martech, and CRM platforms, and familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and GA4 is considered an advantage. Strong budget management skills, commercial insight, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations are essential. We value leaders with high emotional intelligence who communicate with clarity, coach their teams effectively, and thrive in cross-functional settings. A player-coach mindset and comfort working within OKR frameworks will help you succeed. Proficiency in English is required.
