We are looking for a creative and analytical Director, Digital Marketing to help us craft a best-in-class digital experience for our members. About the Role
This is a full-time position where you will lead our digital marketing efforts, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and Business Development. You will be responsible for overseeing our social media strategy, managing marketing automation, and ensuring our online presence is engaging and effective. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box to drive our brand forward while maintaining a focus on the unique needs of our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end process for digital campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, deployment, and performance analytics to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize our website and landing pages, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for all visitors.
- Develop and execute data-informed strategies across email, SMS, and social platforms to drive growth and deepen member engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing and a passion for financial services. Our requirements include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a financial institution, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical proficiency in SEO, WordPress, and HTML, alongside experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- A solid understanding of banking products, industry regulations, and effective communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
Location
This role is based in Hollywood, CA, and operates on a hybrid schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 for this position. In addition to your compensation, you will benefit from our hybrid work environment, which provides flexibility to support your work-life balance.
