About the Role
We are looking for a Director, Data Integration to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this leadership position, you will oversee a dedicated team focused on building stable, scalable, and efficient information systems. You will be responsible for the architecture and technology services required to maintain a robust data hub, encompassing our Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and various Data Marts.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and operational framework for delivering data integration solutions that align with our core business requirements.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers to ensure high-quality data delivery while fostering continuous improvement and career development.
- Manage complex, large-scale projects by overseeing program execution, including project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and proven leadership experience. We require the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least seven years of experience with high proficiency in ETL, BI, Data Architecture, and Business Analytics.
- A minimum of two years of experience building cloud data warehouses, such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- At least two years of experience developing data lake solutions.
- Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, and data profiling.
- Strong project management capabilities, including experience with SDLC processes and cross-functional database integration.
