What you'll be doing

• You will provide the strategic vision and operational framework to deliver robust data integration solutions that directly support our business requirements.
• You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while overseeing the design and maintenance of our data lake, warehouse, and mart ecosystems.
• You will manage complex, large-scale projects by establishing data standards, ensuring alignment with enterprise security and architecture, and driving the adoption of modern DevOps and cloud-based technologies.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in data systems and leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least seven years of high-level experience in ETL, Business Analytics, and Data Architecture.
• Proven expertise with at least two years of experience building both cloud data warehouses and data lake solutions.
• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, data modeling, data profiling, and performance tuning.
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to oversee cross-functional databases, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a technical team.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Kafka is highly valued.
