We are looking for a Director, Customer Support to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. At Veza, we operate as the identity security company, helping organizations secure access across cloud infrastructure, data systems, and SaaS applications. By utilizing our unique Authorization Graph, we help global enterprises like Blackstone and Expedia visualize and remediate privilege violations. In this leadership role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding journey for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience while driving strategic initiatives that improve our overall service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the onboarding pipeline by coordinating project planning and resolving issues to ensure our customers have a smooth deployment.
- Manage critical communications with key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure all customer requirements are met during the transition.
- Lead strategic efforts to enhance the customer journey and optimize the efficiency of our internal and external support processes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior, customer-facing role, ideally within a technical or solutions-oriented environment.
- Strong technical familiarity with hosted solution platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
- A solid understanding of IAM technologies and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and SCIM, as well as experience with identity providers like Okta.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to develop teams, set clear expectations, and drive consensus across departments.
- The flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to support our global IT services teams.
