What you'll be doing
- You will design and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies that directly fuel our business growth and product success.
- You will lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on social media management, paid media, and content discovery to engage and activate our target audiences.
- You will utilize your expertise in analytics and financial modeling to monitor performance, optimize conversion rates, and report key insights to our stakeholders.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:
- More than 10 years of professional experience in growth marketing or customer acquisition.
- A strong background in digital marketing, including media buying, affiliate marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Advanced skills in analytics and financial modeling to support data-driven decision making.
- A proven track record of launching new products and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Fluency in English.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or an analytical discipline is preferred.
- The ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution.
What you'll get
The base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $190,000 USD. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for a yearly bonus. We also offer the following perks:
