About the Role

We are seeking a Director of the CTO Office to join us on a full-time basis. This position acts as a vital extension of our CTO, blending strategic program management with cross-functional leadership. You will be responsible for driving clarity and momentum across our most critical initiatives, with the authority to represent the CTO when necessary. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring occasional time in our Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and shape high-impact strategic initiatives, such as formalizing feature release processes in partnership with our product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform delivery, manage internal reporting, and facilitate budget planning.
• Support the CTO in preparing board-level deliverables, including communications for the CEO, investors, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of technical fluency and operational expertise. Key qualifications include:

• At least 8 years of experience in strategy, product operations, or program management.
• A proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence teams without relying on formal authority.
• Technical familiarity with software architecture, SDLC, and SaaS platforms, allowing you to participate effectively in high-level technical discussions.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to navigate ambiguity with empathy and clarity.

Location

This position is available to candidates located anywhere, with the understanding that the role includes a hybrid component requiring some presence in our Toronto office.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is 154,000 USD to 171,000 USD. We are committed to a total rewards package that supports our employees, and this role includes the following benefits:
