We are looking for a Director of Cross-Product and Platform Experience to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Based out of our Utah office, you will lead the strategy and execution of our data platform and intelligence products, ensuring our users enjoy a seamless and intuitive experience while fostering a collaborative environment across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision for our Admin Experience that supports our broader company goals.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end development process, from initial concept to final delivery and optimization.
- Prioritize features based on market trends, competitive analysis, and direct customer feedback.
- Champion user-centric design principles to ensure our administrative interface remains efficient and intuitive.
- Utilize data analytics to measure product success and iterate on features based on actionable insights.
- Serve as a primary advocate for your team, keeping stakeholders and executive leadership informed on strategy and milestones.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in leadership roles.
- Proven success managing enterprise-level or administrative products.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
- A solid understanding of user experience design principles.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions using data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
