We are looking for a Director, Corporate & Brand Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. GeneDx is a patient-centric health information company dedicated to delivering personalized, actionable insights that guide treatments and improve drug discovery. By leveraging one of the world’s largest rare disease datasets and our industry-leading exome and genome testing, we are transforming healthcare and establishing precision medicine as the new standard of care. We need a strategic leader who can elevate our brand identity while balancing long-term vision with the hands-on execution required to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of our brand identity by working closely with internal teams and agency partners to foster deep brand loyalty.
- Create and implement comprehensive corporate marketing plans that align with our company goals to boost our market influence and awareness.
- Execute cohesive brand activation strategies, including advertising campaigns and ongoing marketing initiatives, to ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate or brand marketing, whether on the client side or within an agency.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this executive-level role.
- Deep expertise in brand fundamentals, including architecture, identity, and competitive positioning.
- Strong storytelling abilities and the executive presence needed to engage authentically at all levels of the organization.
- A proven track record of building successful brands and executing results-oriented marketing strategies.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
What we offer
