We are looking for a dedicated Director of Corporate and Brand Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At GeneDx, we operate as a patient-focused health information company that provides personalized, actionable insights to improve diagnostics, treatment plans, and drug discovery. By leveraging one of the world’s largest rare disease datasets, we are transforming the standard of care through advanced exome and genome testing. We need a strategic leader who can elevate our brand presence while balancing long-term vision with the hands-on execution required to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of our brand identity by working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure our mission resonates with our audience.
- Create and implement comprehensive corporate marketing plans that align with our company goals to increase our influence and market awareness.
- Manage brand activation efforts, including advertising campaigns and strategic partnerships, to ensure a consistent and impactful experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in corporate or brand marketing, whether gained on the client side or within an agency.
- A strong grasp of brand fundamentals, including architecture, identity design, and competitive positioning.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities paired with the executive presence needed to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- The ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $185,000 to $205,000 USD. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members, which includes:
