What is this role?

We are looking for an experienced Director of Content Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a strategic leadership position designed for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in category building. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand awareness, driving lead generation, and deepening customer engagement.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy that aligns with our business objectives, audience needs, and current industry trends, while partnering with vendors to optimize our SEO efforts.
• Establish ParetoHealth as an industry thought leader by producing high-quality quarterly content artifacts and managing a process that delivers five impactful customer case studies every quarter.
• Scale our marketing impact by creating comprehensive content playbooks, maintaining an editorial calendar, and developing evergreen nurture campaigns that support the entire buyer’s journey.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in B2B content marketing, ideally with at least eight years of experience. Familiarity with the broker and employer benefits space is a significant advantage. You must be a master of storytelling and project management, capable of overseeing multiple complex initiatives while meeting tight deadlines. You should be comfortable working in an environment that values anticipation and intent, and you must be willing to travel seasonally, approximately 10% of the time, to support our business needs.
