The role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Consumer Growth Product Management to join our team. This is a full-time, executive-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in our organization by spearheading initiatives that drive user acquisition, deepen engagement, and improve long-term retention across our consumer base.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that encompasses user acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention by leveraging market trends and competitive analysis.
- Lead the development and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns while utilizing data-driven insights to monitor key performance indicators and report progress to stakeholders.
- Provide cross-functional leadership by collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams to foster innovation and deliver a seamless user experience that drives loyalty.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in growth marketing and a deep understanding of the technology sector. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in growth or consumer marketing within the tech industry, with a preference for those familiar with the delivery technology ecosystem.
- A demonstrated history of successfully scaling user growth and engagement metrics.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic business decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to mentor team members and manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
