We are currently looking for a Director, Cloud Operations to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Unanet, we provide specialized software solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the stability, security, and overall efficiency of our cloud-based products. You will guide the teams and processes that keep our SaaS offerings running smoothly, ensuring that we consistently meet our service-level objectives while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of our cloud environments, focusing on high availability, performance, and scalability across all product lines.
- Implement and refine Site Reliability Engineering practices, including incident response and root cause analysis, to ensure minimal downtime.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen our application security posture.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, or SaaS service delivery, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms and modern SaaS operational models.
- Proven track record in managing incident response, monitoring, and security compliance at scale.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
What we offer
The annual salary range for this position is $168,300 to $205,000. Beyond your base pay, you will be eligible for employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation. We are committed to supporting our team through flexible remote work arrangements and a comprehensive suite of employee benefits.
