What you'll be doing
- Lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, ensuring our voice, visual identity, and messaging remain consistent and resonant across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee our content strategy and creative direction, managing the production calendar and scaling our social media presence to build a vibrant, engaged community.
- Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships, including influencer collaborations and commercial activations, while using data-driven insights to measure campaign success and drive business growth.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and performance. You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the wellness space, and possess a blend of creative vision and a performance-based mindset. You will need to be proficient in English and demonstrate the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in content platforms, the creator economy, and effective brand storytelling.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to maintain a specific brand tone across various media.
- Experience managing internal teams, external agencies, and freelancers to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools to track KPIs and inform strategic decision-making.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can balance strategic thinking with scrappy, hands-on execution.
What you'll get
