About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Analytics Execution to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. In this role, you will lead a talented group of analytics professionals, including data engineers and business intelligence developers. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our data analytics products, ensuring that our dashboards, visualizations, and predictive outputs provide actionable insights. By collaborating with product managers and senior leadership, you will help shape our product roadmap and ensure our technical solutions remain scalable and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the methodical and reliable execution of the Insights product roadmap while maintaining a portfolio of products that support enterprise and social care industry standards.
- Partner with product, data science, and engineering teams to ensure a coherent understanding of our products and promote the adoption of industry best practices for business intelligence development.
- Translate sophisticated data analyses into clear, persuasive insights that help non-technical stakeholders make informed, strategic decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, health economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in analytics product development, with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing technical teams.
- Deep domain knowledge of the healthcare or social care industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both executive leadership and individual contributors.
- A proven ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and manage large-scale, multi-year projects.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere within the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
