What is this role?
We are looking for a Director, Acquisition Marketing to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. This is a leadership position that requires significant experience in the digital marketing space. You will be responsible for scaling our customer acquisition efforts and ensuring our marketing channels are performing at their best.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns across various platforms, including web, mobile apps, TikTok, Meta, and search engines.
- Analyze performance data to optimize media spend, improve efficiency, and drive profitable growth for the business.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our audience and delivers a top-tier customer experience.

- At least 7 years of experience in DTC ecommerce advertising.
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Proven ability to use data-driven strategies to guide marketing decisions and media buying.
- A willingness to be hands-on with a strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing advertising talent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
