We are looking for a Digitalization and Process Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our office in Willich. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is eager to apply their technical skills to real-world marketing challenges. Whether you are an early-career professional or a motivated individual looking to transition into this field, you will play a vital role in optimizing how we and our clients operate.

What will you do?

• You will assist our marketing team by implementing automation solutions, such as setting up CRM systems, managing webinar platforms, and creating automated email campaigns to simplify daily tasks for our clients.
• You will take charge of internal process optimization within our agency, learning how to build independent workflows using various no-code and low-code tools.
• You will manage the technical setup of client software, connect different platforms via interfaces, and analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• A completed degree or vocational training in IT, computer science, or marketing.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining IT or software solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
